Gigi Hadid opens up her world and takes her fans on a colorful journey of how she and her two-year-old daughter Khai are spending the summer.
The supermodel, who welcomed her first child in September 2020 and shares her toddler with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik, is fiercely protective of her daughter and rarely posts pictures of her on social media.

Taking to her Instagram page, the model posted a carousel of photos of herself and her little one enjoying life and nature over the past few months. Ending the post, “Best of Summer! ????,” the mother and daughter pair were recorded spending time with each other and carrying out several activities.
In one of the slides, Hadid is seen standing in front of two black and brown horses, playing with them. She wore a flowery dress paired with comfortable slippers. Another slide shows the model and her daughter Khai resting on a wooden bench after their shoes got muddy from walking on wet ground.
The couple is also busy on the family farm, picking blueberries and putting them in blue containers. In a different frame, Hadid showed off her perfectly trimmed body, wearing a purple patterned bikini while gathering vegetables from her garden.
Another adorable photo shows the doting mom serving her son lunch on a kickboard in the pool area of their luxury home. The following pictures prove that Hadid is indeed a supermodel and a fashionista.

The model explained in an interview with ELLE Magazine how her perspective changed about what she wanted out of her life after she became pregnant with her daughter during the pandemic.
In her words, “I’m pregnant, and I’m really starting to think about what I want after the world opens up again. It’s straight back to a more stable schedule where I’m not in a different country every week.”
He further described his work environment as “very stable.” Hadid added, “I have an office that I go to. I know everyone here. I don’t need to find a certain way to appear. It was a different experience for me, and it was the right time because I was ready for it.”
The doting mom went on to say how important it is to be careful about her movements, adding that her daughter keeps an eye on her daily routine — whether they’re at home, filming or just about anywhere.
The model said, “He clearly sees me in every situation and way, and whether he knows it or not, I will go through and learn through life with him. I think he has a very realistic 24/7 kind of view, all the time. We’ll chat in the middle of the night if he wakes up; we talk about, I don’t know, random things, but it’s fun.”

Hadid sweetly concluded, “Having a daughter, even though it’s changed my life to make me really want to feel calmer, it’s also made me appreciate the chaos, too. Being at shows and filming and just being in the city again; being in around friends [after] being a mother, with everyone also coming out of COVID—I have an appreciation for both.”
