Meet Gráinne Mullan, Wife of Andy Fletcher
Gráinne Mullan first met the love of her life, Andy Fletcher, in 1988. By then, Andy was already traveling the world and Gráinne was just a fan working in Gascognes as his managing director.
After 5 years of dating, Gráinne and Andy then tied the knot on January 16, 1993.
Sadly, the couple only got to celebrate their 29th wedding anniversary before Andy left this world in May 2022. Just a year before that, the couple enjoyed a beautiful night celebrating their 28th anniversary. In fact, the day was so good that Gráinne, later, took to her IG to write, “Happy Birthday to us! No sun-kissed beaches this year. No complaints. Just be thankful.”
However, it was not the first time that Gráinne wished her late husband a happy wedding anniversary. Back on Jan 17, 2019, she took to her IG to write, “Another wedding anniversary in a heavenly place. Came home from dinner to find our entire bedroom covered in petals and candles. Thank you Jumby Bay,”
As for Andy, he doesn’t talk much about his love for his wife.
The last post on Gráinne’s IG before Andy died was dated April 17, 2022. At the time, the couple were on vacation in Barcelona, Spain, and Andy suffered a broken wrist. “Not exactly how we planned to spend the first weekend of our vacation. No more cycling for a while,” he wrote at the time.
Andy’s untimely death shocked many. According to his band members, they were “shocked and filled with incredible grief” at the loss of “friends, family members, and teammates.” Also, they mention that Andy has a “heart of gold” and the world has lost another genuine soul.
Do Andy Fletcher And His Wife Gráinne Mullan Have Children?
Yes, Gráinne and Andy share two children. They welcomed their first child Megan on August 25, 1991, (before marriage), and their second, Joe, on June 22, 1994 (after marriage).
Their son Joe Fletcher is a teacher by day and a DJ and Bartender by night. He teaches at the Gesher School, DJs at KOKO London, and bartends at Soho House & Co.

Megan turned 30 on August 25, 2021. Wishing her a happy birthday, Gráinne took to her IG with a beautiful sunflower photo to write, “Beautiful sunflowers for a wonderful girl who brought so much sunshine into our lives today. Happy 30th birthday dear Megan! We love you so much!”
Trivia: Gáinne is also a grandmother now.

Additionally, Sister Bliss, of the electronic band Faithless, described Andy as a “keyboard warrior” and tweeted that he was “gone too soon.”
Before his death, Andy’s net worth was estimated at $70 million.
