Gunman who killed 1, wounded 3 caught after he’s traced to house with stockpile of drugs, ammo

Investigators are solving a quadruple shooting in Queens that left one man dead and three others injured, police said today.

Eric Foster, 39, of Queens is charged with second-degree murder, three counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault and eight counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Police said Foster killed Kenni Dunn, 29, also of Queens, on the Friday before Christmas in South Jamaica.

Police received several calls that day around 3:15 p.m. from members of the public who said several men had been shot outside a home on 143rd Street, police said.

Witnesses told police four men were standing near a car when Foster approached them and fired a barrage of shots.

After shooting the man, Foster fled, police said.

Responding officers found the victim in multiple states of injury at the scene, police said.

Dunn was reportedly shot in the back.

Another 29-year-old man was shot in the right arm, according to authorities.

A 36-year-old man was shot in his left shoulder, and a 43-year-old man was shot in the back and right arm, they said.

All four men were taken to Jamaica Hospital where Dunn was pronounced dead.

Investigators were able to track Foster on video back to a nearby home where they executed a search warrant and found 1.6 pounds of cocaine and weapons including rifles and other firearms, police sources told The Post.

In a press conference shortly after the shooting, police described the motive for the shooting as “gang-related”.

Foster had not yet been arraigned on the latest charges as of Tuesday afternoon.
