The actor took to Instagram to announce the next celebrity guest on his “Goop” podcast. Surprise, it’s Kim Kardashian. Paltrow had some pretty amazing words to introduce Kim.
“@kimkardashian has the world’s attention, we know this. To me she’s interesting because she challenges so many ideas about what a woman should be, and how she should look and behave while doing it,” Paltrow claimed.
The Iron Man the actor went on to say, “I loved interviewing him for the @goop podcast and getting in on this and more. Link in bio to listen to the full episode.”
For obvious reasons, Paltrow’s kind words about Kim baffled many of her followers and sent her comments section into a frenzy knowing that Gwen is a Kim K fan.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Followers Are Confused

Paltrow’s followers have mixed feelings about Paltrow’s praise of Kardashian. The first person to mock him was the ex The Real Housewives of New York City It was Bethenny Frankel who commented, “I mean LOL.”
This prompted a few and then some followers to agree with the former reality star. “There are many accomplished women in the world who deserve to be broadcast but Kim K is not one of them” agreed one follower.
Another follower gaped to say. “Sorry Gwyneth.. I like and respect you, but she’s not attractive at all. That word and he do not belong in the same sentence. In fact, he is the opposite. For crying out loud, what makes him so attractive to you?! It’s confusing you would say that. I think your bar will be higher. I think most women are in the Kardashians period.”
Few Followers Believe Bethenny Frankel is Out of Line

The former reality star received her own backlash in the comments with many believing that she has no place to open her mouth as she achieved fame and success in the same way as Kim K.

Another follower was also unimpressed by Frankel’s misguided hatred. “@bethennyfrankel I love you but no, bullshit like this is unnecessary & tacky.”

While Frankel and others trashed Kim as a guest, some followers weren’t surprised that Paltrow had sunk so low as to invite the reality star on her show. “She’s the woman who sells scented vaginal candles,” one follower described Paltrow as.
“And this is how you lose goop credibility… pass hard,” said a former follower of the brand. “Please tell me Gwyneth didn’t write this herself,” asked one follower. “mmmm…I think you’re better than this smh ..come!”
The outrage continued and only got worse as people started picking on Paltrow and commenting on specific things from the podcast that they didn’t like one bit.
