Halle Bailey has addressed critics who accused her of “lying” about her pregnancy.
The moment came as the singer and actress, who announced the arrival of her first child with rapper DDG three weeks ago, responded to an individual who claimed she was “lying and blaming” people on social media.

Halle seems to have had enough of viewers’ views on her personal life amid the controversy surrounding her pregnancy.
The drama began when a critic typed a lengthy response to a now-deleted clip of the 23-year-old star wearing blue jeans with a clear black maternity strip around the waist, along with the caption:
“Imoooo do you all remember seeing this picture on my insta? we took pictures of my stomach.”
The social media user captioned the video with respond, “I don’t think people are mad that she hid her pregnancy. People were even more annoyed that he went out of his way to lie and blame it. Then, he shades people and calls them desperate. Now, he wants the same ‘desperate’ people to know every little detail.”
Apparently not happy with the take, Halle pat on the back stating that he “never lied or said anything about it,” and that “making jokes about my nose is the furthest I go.” He then shows his confusion about the fault finder being “crazy” that he is “protecting” his “own peace.”

A fourth X user added, “Why are people playing in her face saying she’s lying – she never denies anything, just laughs and redirects … stop being bitter because the pregnancy is private and healthy.”
Halle had to respond again when another citizen came online written above his initial comment, “Halle, dear. Kill it. You didn’t tell us about the baby. You didn’t speak then. Don’t talk now & leave us out of the conversation. Enjoy your jit in peace. We don’t care.”
“If you don’t care, why are you replying, honey? Don’t worry about living your best life and not commenting on me,” the mother of one replied.
The reply drew an equally supportive reaction from fans, with one typing, “This is the new momma bear! I wouldn’t play with him if I were you guys.”
