This beautiful, secluded home has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The driveway can accommodate 4+ cars with an automatic gate and garage. The home is three stories tall with amenities like a heated pool, spa, mountain and water views with a private creek in the back.
Halsey has her home for sale for a staggering $11.95 million. It was built in 1991, and the 28-year-old has been there since 2021 when he bought it from former One Direction band member Liam Payne. The news comes after Halsey called it quits with her partner Alev Aydin this week.
He paid $10.1 million for the property back then and appears to be trying to turn a small profit after being there less than three years.

The singer, whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, poured more of her life when she dropped Aydin. The split was said to be good, but it was sudden. The two share a child named Ender, who Halsey is seeking full custody of through court documents.
The “Bad at Love” singer is asking for visitation rights for his ex-partner, joint legal custody and joint expenses. The couple is usually not very open about their relationship, but hiding the breakup is difficult.
At a Lakers game, they were first seen together in 2019 in Loa Angeles. In June 2020, they were spotted getting matching tattoos. Then, finally, in 2021, Halsey announced her relatively modest pregnancy prompting her to confirm that she and Aydin were indeed a couple.
She also revealed that while welcoming a child, she “didn’t necessarily hope to get married before getting pregnant.” It’s not like they don’t “talk about marriage.”
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it at this point. Now, the singer is focusing on being a good mother!

According to the singer, Ender arrived at the right time, who took to Instagram to share that his joy is a Cancer zodiac sign! “Thank you. For the most “rare” and euphoric births. Powered by love,” she captioned a hospital photo after giving birth.
He introduces his new obsession; “Ender Ridley Aydin. 7/14/2021.” By the end of the year, she shared with Vogue magazine that they were doing “really well” in balancing their duties as parents.
The insider shared, “Alev is very helpful and available to Halsey when they need her,” and added. “They both love their children very much. They look forward to what lies ahead as a loving family and are excited about the many adventures that await them all.”
Unfortunately, those moments, like this house, are now a distant memory. Here’s to hoping Halsey doesn’t have more drastic life changes for the foreseeable future.
