Hannah Wissmann first became known as Jeremiah’s girlfriend in October 2021, though the star’s IG post was captioned, “never been so happy.” And just about two and a half months later, Jeremiah dropped another bombshell. They are both engaged!
“She said YES!!!!” alum 19 Kids and Counting revealed via IG. “I can’t find the words to describe it. You are the best thing that ever happened to me and I can’t wait to marry you. I love you,” Jeremiah added.
Additionally, she later thanked her twin sister Jedidiah “Jed” Duggar and sister-in-law Katey Nakatsu Duggar for “making the day possible.”
And so, with unbridled joy, Hannah took to her IG to write, “YES!!!! A thousand times, yes!!!” He then told the world how much he loved her “the answer to a prayer, a dream come true, the love of his life and his best friend.”
But this is not the first time Hannah has sung the praises of her fiancé. Back on Thanksgiving 2021, he shared a beautiful caption featuring Jeremiah, who wrote, “All my life You are faithful, All my life You are very good, With every breath I take, I will sing of goodness from the Lord.”
News of the couple’s engagement comes about a month after Jeremiah’s older brother, Josh Duggar, was convicted of possessing and receiving child sexual abuse material. He could be looking at around 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
