The 35-year-old took to his Instagram Story to share a few short videos showing him engaging in some workout routines with his trainer. The first clip sees the reality TV star doing squats and leg presses on a pink Yoga mat at the behest of her trainer, Paulina Stein, who is wearing an all-black workout outfit.
The Netflix star wore black leggings, a gray long-sleeved shirt and black sneakers and styled her blonde hair into a bun. The video features the family dog next to dumbbells and light hand weights.
“Back from hiatus & back to training @paulinastein,” Heather wrote in the post. She followed up with more information about her postpartum recovery, writing, “We’re slowly building; my body is still weak after giving birth.”

The “Flipping El Moussas” star shared another clip showing her holding her baby boy as she does some squats. Every time the doting mother comes down, her cute child laughs cutely.
“First official laugh @therealtarekelmoussa,” Heather wrote across the post. Tristan wore a multicolored sleep onesie with a white bib around his neck while his doting mother wore a peach sports bra with black leggings.
The TV personality followed up with another workout video. This time, he balanced his elbows and knees on the floor while stretching his left leg into the air. The training routine takes place in his living room, as fans can see the spacious sofa and large windows. In the caption, Heather told her three million fans that she was “Working hard.”
Likewise, the former model recently shared a raw, unfiltered update, showing a glimpse of her postpartum body. The Blast reported that the actress stood in her closet facing a floor-length mirror. The glamorous wardrobe featured a pile of clothes on a rack and a fluffy mat with her baby toys on the floor.
