Heather Rae El Moussa has been letting her social media community in on her postpartum body development since giving birth to her son on January 31.
Heather, who welcomed her first child Tristan with husband Tarek El Moussa, recently posted a raw, unfiltered update on her Instagram Stories to show off her workout routine and a glimpse of what her post-baby body looks like.

Things are going well for the new mama as she happily shows off her shrinking baby bump to her three million followers. The first update showed the “Selling Sunset” star standing in front of a floor-length mirror in her closet, wearing black leggings and a long-sleeved white see-through shirt over a black sports bra. She paired the outfit with black and white tennis shoes.
Other looks in the photo include her makeup-free face, messy blonde ponytail and white nail polish. There was also a bouquet of clothes on the shelf and a fluffy rug with her baby toys on the floor of the glamorous closet. Across from the screenshot, he wrote:
“3 ½ months after giving birth. Been jogging, walking, on inclines & light weights. Making progress. Love your body ?.”
The former model followed up with a cute video of herself doing repetitive exercises while her newborn ran around. Still wearing the same outfit, Heather crouched on a white and pink cloth not far from her son, who looked up from his carrier.
The routine takes place in the kitchen, as fans can see the appliances and the island. On the other side of this post, the reality star wrote, “@paulinastein works with me. Tristan, with support ?.”
Heather later shared another photo of a time-lapse video of her training session. Her back view and pet bedding can be seen this time. Ahead of this post-baby show, The Blast reported that the 35-year-old stepped out for some much-needed grooming at the salon to get his hair done.
The first picture sees a filter casting a soft glow on the TV personality’s fresh, make-up-free face, who rocks lush blonde locks layered over her shoulders. He was wearing an oversized white shirt and large, dark-framed sunglasses as he sat in the car.
She wrote across the image: “Get out of the house & get my hair done ???,” and then tagged where she did it, “@l33hairartistry.” In the next slide, the “Love in the Time of Monsters” actor stands in his large wardrobe, wearing an oversized white shirt over black pants with a pair of white shoes.
The caption aptly stated the new feat he had achieved. Heather wrote, “This is a big day for me. I wore leggings for the first time in a very long time. Lol.”

He followed by explaining why he was wearing a white robe on his beige carpet. She stated, “I use my closet as a late-night diaper changing station. Other people do[es] this?”

The famous real estate agent charmed her fans when she shared nostalgic memories of when she found out she was going to be a mother. The Blast reported that she posted a Reel she had in collaboration with First Response Pregnancy, showing the moment the actress discovered she was pregnant with her first child.
Afterwards, she left the house to hand her husband a box containing her positive test kit and a cute gray baby onesie. The heartwarming video combines moments from the couple’s baby shower, gender reveal, and before and after the hospital delivery until they settled in at home.
The footage ends with the blonde beauty leaning against the bathroom sink while the words “.. and to think it all starts with one test” appear on the screen. Part of her caption read, “#ad Feels like I blinked and our lives changed forever ❤️ and thinking it all started with the @firstresponsepregnancy test I almost did….”
