Her fitness instructor guided her, asking her to tighten her pelvic floor. This is an important detail to note because, as fans remember, the “Love In The Time Of Monsters” star has previously revealed that her postpartum body is still weak.
In a previous Instagram story update, the 35-year-old showed off an intense workout routine with his trainer, Paulina Stein. The first clip features Heather doing squats with leg extensions on a vibrant pink yoga mat, guided by Stein, who is wearing a sleek all-black workout ensemble.
Dressed in black leggings, a gray long-sleeved shirt and black sneakers, the Anaheim native wore her hair in a bun and exercised with her pet dog. In the caption, he wrote:
“Back from the void & back to training @paulinastein. We are slowly building; my body is still weak after giving birth.”
In another heartwarming video, the “Flipping El Moussas” star shares a heartwarming moment with her baby boy as she includes him in her workout routine. Holding her adorable son as she squats, each downward movement elicits a giggle from her little one. Heather expressed her excitement in the caption, stating, “@therealtarekelmoussa’s first official laugh.”
Continuing her fitness journey, she uploaded another workout video showing off her balance and flexibility by placing her elbows and knees on the floor while lifting her left leg. The “Til Death” actress showed determination, telling her fans that she is working hard to reach her fitness goals.

Almost four months after the birth of their first child, the couple opened up about their fertility journey. They discuss their experiences with in-vitro fertilization (IVF) without delay, explaining their emotional and physical challenges.
Furthermore, the couple revealed their plans for their preserved embryos. During an interview with singer Jennifer Hudson, both reminded that getting pregnant is difficult. Tarek explained:
“We went through the IVF process because we didn’t think Heather could get pregnant. We went through the whole thing, doctors and injections, everything.”
Although she conceived naturally, they decided to keep some of the embryos from their IVF journey, keeping the possibility of growing their family alive.
For Heather, this move is proof of hope that they might have another child. The shocking revelation caught his partner by surprise for a moment, but he soon voiced his support, stating, “I didn’t know about that. Maybe. Whatever he wants is fine.”
Instead, the former lingerie model couldn’t contain her excitement to embrace motherhood while fulfilling her role as stepmother to her beloved two children from her previous marriage to Christina Hall – Brayden James and Taylor Reese.
She gushed happily, “I never thought I would be so obsessed with giving birth. And I have two beautiful stepchildren, and they’re amazing, and they make me want to have babies. It’s like an obsession that I never knew could happen, and a woman’s body is the most incredible thing going through this.”
