The couple has yet to share more details about their child’s name but fans are more than excited about the good news. One fan gushed, “Congratulations!! I knew you would bring this man here!! Love you all!!” Another declared, “Oh my God you all, God. bless! No matter how many times you see a child born, it’s always amazing!❤️❤️❤️❤️”
As The Blast reported, Heather and Tarek first shared news of their pregnancy a month after they celebrated their six-month wedding anniversary. The couple revealed that their pregnancy came naturally, which came as a huge surprise to them as they are set to undergo embryo implantation next fall as part of their IVF treatment.
“It was a big surprise. We just didn’t expect this. We just went through IVF. We have embryos on ice. We have plans,” said “Selling the Sunset”. It was even more of a surprise to the couple because they had no plans to have children of their own when they started dating.
According to Heather, “When we started dating three years ago, we entered our relationship without planning to have children together. I absolutely love being a bonus mom to Taylor and Brayden.” However, seeing her realtor husband be the best father to her children, Heather is more than inspired.
As for how the two found out they were soon to be parents, the “Flip or Flop” star revealed that it happened while filming their new HGTV show, “The Flipping El Moussas.” Tarek remembers getting a nudge during a Zoom meeting and then asking his wife to take a pregnancy test.
In her words, “I just had this weird feeling, and I was like, she needs to take a pregnancy test right away.” Heather revealed that the first two PT tests were “undetectable,” but on the third try, they received the miraculous news.

A few weeks after sharing their pregnancy news, the two blessed fans by revealing their gender, announcing that they welcomed a baby boy! Heather and Tarek posted a touching video of themselves with Tarek’s children and another woman standing in front of a board with “boy” or “girl” written in gold letters.
After a countdown by an excited crowd, the soon-to-be parents emerged to reveal a shower of blue feather confetti, confirming that they were having a boy. In November, the former Playboy Playmate of the Month threw a lavish Winter Wonderland-themed baby shower surrounded by family, friends and loved ones.
In addition to the good and happy news about her pregnancy journey, Heather also opened up about her down times, like her sciatic pain. As reported, in early November, the 35-year-old first shared details of his back pain, which led him to try physical therapy and acupuncture.
Unfortunately, nothing helped ease the pain. Frankly, she revealed, “It seems from all my moms that I talk to, and a lot of them don’t help until the baby comes out. So, I hope that doesn’t happen because it hurts. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, but I hope that all the treatments that I do this will, at least, relieve some of the pain.
In a follow-up update, the “Selling the Sunset” star admitted that her pain is getting worse, writing on social media, “Baby update: I’m dealing with severe sciatica. It’s worse than ever today. It’s been about two and a half week, and today, it’s almost unbearable for me.”
The mother-of-one revealed that she can barely walk and is still looking for solutions to help her cope with the excruciating pain. Although she was able to temporarily reduce the pain, Heather confirmed it returned in late December, a few weeks away from her due date.
