Ever since Heather and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, met, they have been fully committed to each other. Their whirlwind relationship saw them move in together after only a week of dating ahead of an October 2021 wedding in Montecito, California. Heather made and followed another decision to officially change her Instagram handle to include her new last name, El Moussa. The replacement was immediately apparent in a recent post he shared with his three million followers.
The post comes with a single photo of the reality star beaming as she leans slightly against her husband. Her engagement and wedding rings were on full view as Heather used that hand to hold a cute Christian Dior handbag.
She paired the bag with a white crew neck t-shirt, black pants, minimal gold earrings, and a silver and gold watch. As for Tarek, he looked cool with a smile on his face and one thumb tucked into his pants pocket. She accessorized with a black watch, matching bracelet, and silver necklace with a crew neck t-shirt and gray pants.
Heather began her caption by pointing out that she handles multiple “projects” at the same time, some of which include doing ten laps, “shooting two shows,” and “growing a human,” which she “loves and appreciates every minute of.” However, she has new pregnancy update for fans, and she wrote:
“Baby is in the “position” not sure what he’s doing there, heheheh and it has affected my sciatic nerve. It’s been 10 days so I’m hoping to get some relief soon😅 The crazy thing is I sat on my mum’s sciatic nerve until she couldn’t stand up straight so maybe it’s a bit of payback.”

The pregnant 35-year-old then asked her followers to “peep on the name change,” which comes just in time for her and Tarek’s first wedding anniversary. The post has garnered almost 50k likes, with some fans suggesting acupuncture as the answer to her sciatic nerve problem.
Heather recently sparked love and romance in people’s hearts when she uploaded a sweet photo of her man kissing her on the cheek. The Blast stated that she smiled widely as she leaned into Tarek’s kiss and hugged her growing bump.
The real estate agent’s sleeveless orange dress blended well with her husband’s casual shirt, jeans and necklace. Apparently the picture is the first official photo of the two of them as a couple, which is placed in the next slide of the post. Heather wrote in the caption:

Earlier this month, The Blast reported that the El Moussas weren’t into expressing their admiration for each other publicly. To that end, Tarek used a throwback snap of himself and Heather to praise her for her undeniable strength during her pregnancy.
The photo, which was taken at Heather’s 35th birthday celebration, shows the two rocking matching black outfits. While Tarek posed in his famously casual look, his wife wore a flowing lace gown with a tiny strap.
The couple looked happy as Tarek put his hand around his wife’s waist on the sidewalk near the green and white fence. The celebratory hand was then on her baby bump. The “Flip or Flop” star captioned the photo:
“In awe of this woman and her ability to be so beautiful, hardworking, loving, and kind. She makes being a pregnant entrepreneur look easy and inspires me every day. I am a lucky man. If you have any pregnancy-related questions for us, drop them off. And I will get to as many as I can.”
