The reality star hasn’t been shy about sharing the progress of her baby bump since she and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, announced they were expecting their first child together in July 2022. In her latest update, the mom-to-be told her three million followers about her recent illness this.

To update her fans, Heather uploaded three images to Instagram, with the first slide showing Tarek behind the wheel of their car. Although the “Selling the Sunset” star’s eyes were hidden behind dark sunglasses, her smile was clear as she shivered in a long-sleeved black dress.
The blonde beauty’s hand rested on her bump while her husband leaned towards her in a gray shirt and black pants. A swipe to the left reveals a lone Heather showing off her huge diamond ring in a selfie. By the third slide, the reality star had stepped out of the vehicle and was surrounded by plants. The 35-year-old took to his caption to tell fans:
“Don’t let this glam fool you, I’ve been sick since last Saturday and have basically been living in comfortable clothes 24/7. I’ve been so go, go, even today I’m back on set shooting which forced me out of my sweatpants for a while, but I really like to be busy… that’s me fighting but back to rest tomorrow!”
After mentioning that “Tea and honey, Moisturizer, Soup & crackers, Coconut water, Get more sleep, Water, Smoothies, Breathe with steam and eucalyptus” helped her feel better, the actress asked for “any more suggestions for expectant mothers-to-be ” in the comments.
Her fans needed no extra prompting as they poured out their helpful suggestions when she asked. One person recommends, “scallion water, or place [a] chopped shallots [the] the room next to where you sleep. It will detoxify the air.”

Get more rest, feel better.” Others agreed that she should “rest well” and try a “neti pot.” One fan, who is more concerned about her appearance, commented, “You wear sickness well!! As for Heather and Tarek’s upcoming show “The Flipping El Moussas,” the former took to Instagram to announce news of the project with four photos of her and her beau posing in different homes. The “Dead Reckoning” actor wrote:
“Excited to finally share some really exciting news! After many conversations, we finally realized one of our goals and are excited to announce our all new series, The Flipping El Moussas with HGTV coming in 2023!”

The eight-episode documentary is a “copycat” show; viewers will see how the couple handles important and challenging moments in their lives, according to The Blast.

The Blast reported last Wednesday that Tarek is hosting a live event in Long Beach, California — his hometown, through his ‘Homeschooled by Tarek’ company. The “Flipping 101” star’s goal with this project is to teach individuals how to make money by flipping houses.
The real estate mogul also runs TEM Capital, focused on helping parties interested in creating passive income through partnerships in salable real estate projects. During the event, guests had access to Tarek’s partners such as Kiavi, Realeflow and Perdana Corporate Services.
They are also equipped with knowledge about partners and how they can use them to build their real estate investment business. The event concluded with a photo session with the 41-year-old and his wife, who looked as radiant as ever, before they headed out for an exclusive VIP Dinner.
The dinner held at Il Fornaio was attended by guests who purchased VIP tickets. The guests also received ‘Homeschooled by Tarek’ merchandise.
