The “America’s Got Talent” judge took to Instagram on May 1, just a month before her 50th birthday. She shared three pictures of herself posing for the camera, including one that showed her blowing kisses to her millions of followers on social media.
She was barefoot as she dangled her feet in the tub, showing off her pedicure. He sat on the windowsill with nothing but a cloak draped over his elbows. It’s clear that she’s wearing nothing underneath, but it wouldn’t be one of the riskiest shots Heidi has pulled off lately!

In another photo, Heidi covers up a bit more as she leans her head forward. Her bangs fell in front of her face as she continued to show off her bare legs, which were relaxing in the bathtub in the bathroom of her hotel room.
In the third and final photo of her Instagram carousel, Heidi is lying naked on a bed with a “China Tang at The Dorchester” takeout bag covering her privates. Her toned abs are on full display for this shot as she holds onto the corner of the bag with her long, manicured red nails.

The China Tang at the Dorchester is a luxury hotel restaurant in London that serves Cantonese recipes in a stylish setting that aims to evoke the atmosphere of 1930s Shanghai. Heidi confirmed that she was in London in her caption, which contained lots of colorful emojis.
“My 1st 50th month,” she wrote, tagging her husband, German musician Tom Kaulitz, for the first two photos. He also added the hashtag #timeflieswhenyourehavingfun along with a red heart emoji to cap off his post. She usually doesn’t allow comments on her Instagram posts and today is no exception!

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model, 49, and the guitarist for German band Tokio Hotel, 33, were first linked in 2018 after meeting on the set of “America’s Got Talent.” Although Heidi has received criticism for dating men much younger than her, she says that she doesn’t think too much about the age difference in their relationship.
“Lately, I’ve been reminded more about my age by people other than myself,” she told InStyle in July 2018. “My boyfriend is years younger than me, and a lot of people question and ask about it. That was the only time when age seemed to be thrown in my face and I had to give an answer for it.”

“I don’t think too much about it otherwise. You just have to live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying will only give you more wrinkles,” he joked.
More than a year later, in September 2018, she told PEOPLE that the Tokio Hotel guitarist was “so amazing” on the red carpet of the live semifinals of “America’s Got Talent.”
“He was the kindest, sweetest, most loving, caring person. I feel very lucky. I don’t know the last time I was this happy in my life,” he said at the time. “He’s really great. Maybe because he is German and we understand each other in different ways. But so far so good.”
The couple married privately in California just two months later and hosted a larger ceremony for family and famous friends that summer. They also celebrated their third anniversary last year with lots of PDA-filled photos and videos.
Heidi was previously married to celebrity hairstylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002 and singer Seal from 2005 to 2014. Tom has only been married once before. His marriage to Ria Sommerfeld lasted from 2015 to 2018.
