This year, she outdid herself when she dressed as a giant worm, with her husband – Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz – dressed as a one-eyed fisherman.

In an Instagram photo shared on Tuesday morning, the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model shared a photo of herself standing in her elaborate worm costume, which engulfed her up to her knees. She appears to be completely naked under her costume, though her body is adorned with thousands of glittering sparkles and what appears to be a harness wrapped around her shoulders.
The muscles in Heidi’s arms flexed as she dug her fingers into her hair, most likely trying to tie her hair back so it wouldn’t distract from putting together her elaborate outfit. In an Instagram post on Sunday night, the “America’s Got Talent” judge posted a snap of his “Halloween preparations” that featured him posing shirtless in his bathroom. His robe was thrown on the chair behind him as he stood in front of the mirror and snapped a snap for the camera.
One side of his chest was partially covered by his arm, while the other side of his chest was obscured by the bright lighting of the overhead lights. She wore a black thong which she pulled down the front to give fans a glimpse of the tan line along her hips.
In the caption, Heidi wrote, “Halloween preparations!! 😈 First step!! Tanning with @jimmyjimmycoco.” She doesn’t usually allow comments on her Instagram posts and she doesn’t allow comments on this NSFW snap, but many of her followers liked the post.

Heidi and her husband stunned on the red carpet at Sake No Hana at the Lower East Side hotel Moxy. The fashion model looks completely unrecognizable under layers of prosthetics, attached to the edge of Tom’s fishing line. The German musician has several prosthetics of his own, including one above his left eye that makes it look like an eyeball has popped out of its socket.
While walking the red carpet, Page Six caught up with the mother of four to ask her how she plans to use the bathroom in her elaborate outfit. “That’s going to be tricky,” Heidi admitted. “A lot needs to be released. When I have to go, I have to untie the knot and make it happen somehow.”
“As Tim Gunn says, ‘Make it work,'” he added, quoting former “Project Runway” co-host Tim Gunn.

Heidi also admitted that she felt a little “crowded” in the massive costume, which took more than ten hours to complete. “It’s hard for me to move. I don’t actually have arms or legs,” he said.
“When I fall, I need someone to help me get back up,” he added. “I’m kind of stuck in it, you know? It feels a little crowded.”

All the hard work seems to have paid off, as fans are not happy with Heidi’s latest Halloween costume.
