Although Alec Baldwin did not share a tribute to his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, on Valentine’s Day, it seems that the two were not shy to remember the night they first met twelve years ago.
On Saturday evening, the Boston native took to Instagram to share a photo of herself sitting down with the “30 Rock” cast at popular Italian restaurant Emporio in New York City.

In the caption of her Instagram post, Hilaria shared a photo that showed her sitting at the restaurant. Alec sat next to her, his eyes closed, leaning the side of his head against hers. “This photo maybe a year after we met??? @emporionyc (both younger and less?),” he wrote in the caption.
“12 years ago, tonight, we met,” he wrote, adding a touching tribute to their relationship. “What a journey we’ve been on, to, in, and around and on and on…every emotional place I don’t think either of us could have predicted. But here we are…still standing, surrounded by all of you amazing humans, our little babies…and together. With you, Alec…I’m here, we’re here…never alone.”

Many fans have nothing but positive comments for the “beautiful” couple. “Beautiful words from such a beautiful soul. Many more to you two and to your seven little ones,” wrote one follower. “Love devotion and love one another. Lots of love to you both,” another fan added. “It’s definitely a journey, but you are a family you will never be alone. We love and stand by you always,” a third follower chimed in.
Although he didn’t share anything for Valentine’s Day, the “Beetlejuice” actor shared a heartfelt message for his wife on Saturday evening, calling Hilaria the woman who “changed his life.”

Hilaria has been criticized for her “Spanish” heritage since 2020, especially after fans learned that Hilaria Baldwin was actually born Hillary Thomas in Massachusetts. He has been accused of “impersonating a Spaniard” and speaking in a “fake” Spanish accent.

In late January, Alec Baldwin and “Rust” costar Hannah Gutierrez-Reed were both charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin was holding the gun for the scene when it went off.
The bullet hit and killed Hutchins and also injured director Joel Souza. Baldwin has repeatedly claimed that he never pulled the trigger on the gun, but he and Gutierrez-Reed could face up to five years in prison if convicted.

Shortly after the charges were officially filed, Hilaria took to Instagram to thank fans for their “support and kindness.”
“I hope you understand how much support and kindness you have given to Alec and our children. Thank you for being our community and our village,” he wrote. “You helped us become stronger parents and partners in this unimaginable time, stemming from such a heartbreaking tragedy.”
“Please know that I hear all of your loud words and each one of you reminds me every day that there is good in the world and that we are not alone,” he concluded. “Alec, we love you and we’re here for you.”
