On Tuesday night, Hilaria Baldwin revealed that her husband, actor Alec Baldwin, is recovering from hip surgery.
The father of eight has been sharing plenty of pictures of his kids since he returned from filming “Rust” in Montana earlier this month. However, he didn’t give any hint to his followers that he was undergoing hip surgery until his wife posted a picture of him recovering from the surgery.

On Tuesday, May 30, the podcast host took to Instagram to share a selfie featuring her lying in bed next to the “30 Rock” cast. He looked like he was still in the hospital for observation as he smiled tiredly for the photo.
“Alec got a new hip today…it was long overdue. We’ve been through so much together…as your partner and as you heal, I really want you to leave this very wonderful chapter of chronic pain and improve your quality of life,” she wrote in the caption. “Thank you to Dr. Davidovitch, Dr. Miller, Dr. Golden, Dr. Furgiuele, nurses, pt, ot, staff and other wonderful people who graciously got him safely through this.”
Although Hilaria limits the comments on her Instagram page, she gets several messages of love and support. “Sending lots of healing and love to you both and your family,” one fan wrote. “Bring him a speedy recovery and good health! Hopefully he’ll be running after the little ones in no time!” another follower shared. “Sending a healthy vibe for a smooth recovery,” a third fan chimed in.

On Friday, the “Supercell” actor shared a photo on Instagram of him posing with his three sons at a barber shop. In the caption, she wrote, “Summer means summer haircuts. That means… ZOOLANDER.” She also tagged “Zoolander” star Ben Stiller in the photo’s caption.
Many fans noticed how grown up the boy looked while praising his “beautiful” son. “Looks sharp!” commented a fan. “LOVE his expression!” another follower sprayed. “Looks like they all have their dad’s awesome hair,” a third fan chimed in.

Earlier this month, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin took to Instagram to share photos and videos from Romeo’s fifth birthday. The actress also flew back from Montana in the middle of filming to spend time with her family and make sure she was at her son’s birthday party.
In an Instagram video, he shared a slideshow of his fun Romeos over the years. While some footage features Romeo painting himself on the sidewalk, most footage features him playing with his siblings and getting ready to enjoy a giant Pokémon-themed cake for his fifth birthday.
