The famous actress who won several film awards in the middle of her career is pregnant with her husband of four years, Philip Schneider. While appearing on “Good Morning America” to discuss her new show “Alaska Daily,” she announced the big news, revealing that she’s going to be the mother of not one but two babies.

On the show’s official Twitter page, snippets from interview was shared with the caption that read, “@HillarySwank is going to be a mother of TWO! congratulations! [red heart emoji].” The clip begins with Robin Roberts’ voice saying, “We hear that you have something you want to share with us.” Swank replied,
“Yes, I do, and I am very happy to share it with you and with America now. It’s, um, something I’ve wanted for a long time, and the next thing is I’m going to be a mom.”
Her revelation drew cheers and applause from the presenters, after which she beamed that she was going to be a mother of twins. Another co-host said he should have prefaced his announcement with that, prompting the 48-year-old host and other hosts to laugh before congratulating him.
He later admitted that it was “very nice” to talk and share because he was now too far to do so. The show’s advisors appreciate her breaking the news to their viewers straight from the horse’s mouth without having to hear it from another source.

News of Swank’s pregnancy comes four years after she tied the knot with her partner Schneider in the Redwoods of California. The couple dated for nearly two years and were first spotted together in November 2016, according to Vogue. She also talked about her marriage for the first time with PEOPLE.
The “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” actress described the romantic event as “timeless” because there is no other way for her to define it. She added, “I am overwhelmed with gratitude and thanks for marrying the man of my dreams and seeing all the people we love together in such a deep atmosphere. It really is a dream come true.”
The ceremony was indeed one of her dreams as her father had to walk her down the aisle a few years after she left acting for a while to help her recover from a lung transplant. Swank, who wore an Elie Saab gown for her wedding ceremony, was joined by her good friend Mariska Hargitay, who served as her bridesmaid.
Giving more details about her relationship with Schneider, she revealed the romantic way he popped the question to her in Colorado. The “Camp Wilder” star mentioned that they found a “beautiful retreat in the mountains” with a “stunning waterfall” flowing down to a “rustic cabin built in the 1800s surrounded by beautiful pines and big skies.”
One evening, Schneider knelt before a waterfall and proposed, keeping his dogs nearby so they could be witnesses. The loving duo have had a private romance since their first outing together, and although Swank never spoke about him publicly back then, they were often spotted making out in public.

She added that the tragic loss reawakened her truest sense of life and helped her better understand the circle of life. It also allows him to forgive and move past everything that gets in his way every day, making him always feel more connected to “Primary Source” and his father.
Swank went on to hope that the difficulties people faced in the previous year help them get closer to their most authentic selves while guiding them into the New Year with the necessary blessings.
