Hoda Kotb has returned to the “Today” show.
The famous morning show co-counselor appeared alongside her co-host, Savannah Guthrie, following her own illness.
Fans are very concerned about Hoda’s well-being after she disappeared from the show since February 17.

One concerned viewer wrote, “When are you coming back??”
“We miss you… everything seems so secretive, hope all is well,” wrote another.
“Where is Hoda Kotb why has she been out for almost 2 weeks. Please someone let us know if everything is ok? Or is he on vacation?” asked this audience.
“Today” anchor confirms Hoda OK; however, he handles family health issues.
Hoda Reveals Her Urgent Family Health Issues
Upon her return, Hoda noted her absence telling viewers “My youngest Hope was in the ICU for a few days, in the hospital for a little over a week. I’m so thankful she’s home. She’s home. I’m waiting for that day to come, and we’re watching her carefully. I am very happy.”
Makes sense why he posted a cryptic quote with his daughter’s name in it.
The post read, “Choose Hope.”
Today he posted another message about ‘hope’ which read, “Once you choose hope, anything is possible.”
That quote is from the late Christopher Reeve.
She captioned it, “Happy Monday xo.”
Unfortunately, Hoda looks very disturbed, for obvious reasons, when he returns.
Guthrie tries to get it together during a segment about Girl Scout Cookies comparing her pink suit to a “Raspberry Rally” cookie.
Hoda looked very disinterested during the segment and looked straight into the camera as if she was saying, “Is this over?”

She didn’t reveal her daughter’s illness, but she told Guthrie, “You know what I realize too, Savannah, is when your child is sick, the amount of gratitude you have for the people who help you. So I thank the wonderful doctors at Weill Cornell and the nurses and I thank my family and friends like you who are there every day. So I want, I want to say you for that. I love you.”
Her co-host replied, “I love you too. You have a lot of friends out there.”
Guthrie recently battled with COVID and was thrown off the air after the first 30 minutes.
Around 9 a.m., Jones revealed why Guthrie had to leave so quickly and suddenly.

“It was an interesting morning for us. Like we said, Savannah left early. He wasn’t feeling great, so he took a COVID test, [and] it came back positive,” revealed Sheinelle Jones.
He noted that Guthrie “rushed home to rest,” before adding, “So, Savannah, we love you. Get well soon.”
This is Guthrie’s third battle with COVID-19 after being infected in January 2022 and May 2022.
