A “beautiful woman with the face of an angel” was raped by eight to 10 Hamas terrorists in Israel on October 7, while another victim was tragically beheaded with a shovel trying to defend herself, a survivor said.
Yoni Saadon, a 39-year-old father of four, told the UK’s Sunday Times that he is still haunted by the horrific scenes he witnessed at the Nova Music festival, when Palestinian gangs killed at least 364 festival-goers, including the band. -the raped woman, who begged to be killed.
“I saw this beautiful woman with the face of an angel and eight or 10 fighters beat and raped her,” said Saadon, a foundry shift manager. “He shouted, ‘Stop already! I will die too from what you did, just kill me!’
“When they finished, they laughed, and the last one shot him in the head,” he said.
Saadon said he witnessed the gruesome act after pulling the body of a slain woman who had also been shot in the head – and smeared her blood on himself so it looked like he was dead too.

“I will never forget his face,” he said. “Every night I wake up and apologize to him, saying. ‘I’m sorry.’ “
Saadon said he eventually joined others who fled the site and hid in trees and bushes.
That’s when he witnessed two more Hamas gunmen attack another young woman who resisted being stripped, he said.
“They threw him on the ground, and one of the terrorists took a shovel and chopped off his head,” Saadon told the UK outlet. “And his head rolled on the ground. I also saw the head.”

Saadon’s story is among the latest testimonies against Hamas, which has accused the terror group of masterminding mass rape during the October 7 attacks that left more than 1,200 dead in Israel.
Hamas has denied allegations of sexual violence, although an Israel Defense Forces source claimed that the captured terrorists had said they were ordered to “dirty” or “prostitute” women, according to the outlet.
Although the investigation into the alleged sexual assault was initially hampered by a lack of physical evidence, as a rape kit was not used on the survivor and the body was found within the first 48 hours, authorities have begun to get a clearer picture of the horrors, including rape, in the last few weeks.

An Israeli forensic team that examined the victim’s body said they found multiple signs of rape, torture and other atrocities. There are also more than 1,500 heart-wrenching testimonials.
“We saw a lot of women with bloody underwear, broken bones, broken legs, broken pelvises,” a volunteer worker at Shura’s military morgue named Shari told the Washington Post.
Shari, a 60-year-old architect from Jerusalem, said opening body bags from the massacre scene was beyond traumatic.
“They are all young women. Most of them were wearing scanty or torn clothes and their bodies were covered in blood, especially their underwear, and some women were shot several times in the face as if to mutilate them,” he said.

“Their faces are sad and often their fingers are clenched when they die.
“Some of the bodies we took out had beautiful pink or bright purple nails, and we would all stop for a moment and at that point a lot of us broke down,” he said.
Officials stated that some of the bodies that arrived at Shura were so badly mutilated that it was impossible to collect evidence of sexual assault.
Haim Outmezgine, a senior member of the ZAKA rescue service, a volunteer group that has collected most of the dead so they can be buried, said Hamas’s crimes were proven with the bodies of Israelis.
“Obviously they are trying to spread the horror that they can kill, burn alive, rape – it seems their mission is to rape as many people as possible,” Outmezgine told the Times of the terrorist.
Dozens of bodies were placed under tents as officials collected the bodies of 346 people at the Nova festival.
Israeli police are currently building a case against the Hamas terrorist who carried out the sexual assault on October 7, with the goal set to try the gunman for rape.
Along with Israel’s investigation into the rape allegations, the United Nations – after nearly eight weeks of silence – has launched its own inquiry into alleged sexual violence committed by Hamas.
“There were numerous reports of sexual violence during the heinous act of violence by Hamas on October 7 that must be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted,” United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in a statement.
“Gender-based violence must be condemned. anytime. Anywhere,” he said.
