A worker at a Scottish hotel has admitted taking part in an extreme body modification plot in which surgeries, including castration, were carried out and streamed to paying customers on a website called Eunuch Maker.
Ion Ciucur, 28, a Romanian national living in London, is on trial with eight conspirators accused of involvement in up to 29 incidents of extreme body modification on 13 victims who had various body parts removed including through “castration with clamps,” according to the BBC.
The conspiracy is said to involve a disgusting subculture where healthy body parts, often genitalia, are either surgically removed, or damaged to the point where medical intervention is required, usually involving amputation by a doctor.
The defendants all allegedly belong to a strange group in which men voluntarily remove their penises and testicles to become what adherents call “nullos,” as in genital “cancellation.”

Footage of the gruesome procedure was allegedly posted on a paid subscriber website called Eunuch Maker, run by Norwegian-born North Londoner Marius Gustavson, 45, the alleged ringleader of the conspiracy, which is said to have generated around $246,000 for group members from postings over six years of the plot. CBS reported earlier this year.
Gustavson, who uses a wheelchair due to his own amputation, told the Irish Independent newspaper in a February 2022 interview that he was willing to have his legs, penis and nipples removed by the group because he wanted to “look like a Ken doll down. there.”
He also told the newspaper that he had performed similar “abortions” on 58 other men, and that he kept the cut genitalia in his refrigerator or preserved it in alcohol.

Gustavson faces allegations that he removed a man’s penis, clamped another man’s testicles and froze a man’s leg until it had to be amputated, CBS wrote. He was also charged with making and distributing indecent images of children.
Appearing at the Old Bailey Central Criminal Court in London on Thursday, Ciucur, said to be part of Gustavson’s inner circle, admitted conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm stemming from two alleged castrations in July 2019.

Others on trial for their alleged roles in the plot include Nurse Nathan Arnold, 48, who admitted to removing part of Gustavson’s nipple, stealing anesthetic from the hospital where he worked for the procedure, and “possessing extreme pornography,” The Guardian wrote.
Also charged is Damien Byrnes, 35, who is said to have removed Gustavson’s penis. Another alleged participant in the strange scheme is Jacob Crimi-Appleby, 22, who is accused of freezing Gustavson’s leg to the point of needing amputation.
Ashley Williams, 31, admitted removing a man’s testicles, while Peter Wates, 66, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm between January 1, 2016 and January 1, 2022.
