According to the publication, it appears the “Justice League” star has been at odds with Giraudet for a long time as court documents reveal a July 31 separation date. The document also revealed the reason for the divorce was that the couple had “irreconcilable differences.”

Regarding the division of assets which is an important obstacle for divorcing couples, it seems that the couple had entered into a prenup, which would cause both parties to lose their respective property acquired during the marriage.

The document reads, “According to the parties’ post-nuptial agreement, all assets are his separate property.”

TMZ also reported that Wright did not seek spousal support nor leave herself vulnerable to giving it to her ex-husband. According to the documents, she filed against the court’s ability to award spousal support to one of them in her divorce suit.
