The wreck left Hogan’s friend, John Graziano, with a severe brain injury.

Hogan, who is 17, spent eight months in the Pinellas County Jail after pleading no contest to a charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.
Police allege alcohol was involved, even accusing Hulk Hogan of supplying the alcohol to his underage son.
Nick Hogan was sentenced to an additional five years of probation and 500 hours of community service. His license was also suspended for three years.
Due to good behavior, he was released from prison after serving about six months.
The Graziano family is suing the Hogan family over the accident that left John under 24/7 care for the rest of his life.
Hulk Hogan shared that the crash was a wake-up call for his son, who he felt was “moving through life and maybe not appreciating things.”

“Brother John to me, we almost lived together and I just remember knowing how bad everything was. It’s still hard for me to think about it,” he said.
“I pray every day that I can face it. It’s still at this point too much to think about. It’s something I carry with me every day.”
Before the crash in 2007, Nick mainly received several speeding tickets in the state of Florida.
