Hunter Biden’s daughter Naomi repped Peru while living in the White House: public records

International relations seem to run in the family.

Hunter Biden’s eldest daughter Naomi worked as a lawyer for the Peruvian government at the same time she lived in the White House with her grandfather, President Joe Biden, a review of public records shows.

Naomi Biden, 29, joined Washington DC-based law firm Arnold & Porter in January 2021 — the same month Joe Biden was sworn in as the nation’s 46th president.

He previously served as a Summer associate at the firm in 2019.

In September 2021, he appeared in a filing revealing that he provided legal representation for the Peruvian government in a case brought by Worth Capital Holdings 27 LLC, which alleged the country interfered in the operation of their oil refinery in the southern Amazon.

The company is seeking $590 million in damages.

The case is still ongoing and Naomi Biden’s specific role is unclear.

Foreign litigation is the specialty of Arnold & Porter, whose office is less than a mile from the White House.

Strong litigants have successfully defended dozens of sovereign states including Hungary, Bulgaria, and Venezuela.

It is unclear how many other foreign countries Naomi Biden has acted in while working there.

His current title at the firm is “international arbitration associate,” according to his LinkedIn.

Despite joining the firm more than three years ago, Arnold & Porter appears to have gone to great lengths to shield the Biden family from public scrutiny.

Unlike other firm attorneys, he does not have a public attorney page and his name appears on several filings.

His father, however, has faced legal scrutiny for years for using his family name to obtain millions of dollars from China, Ukraine, and other countries.

His father, President Biden, is facing an impeachment inquiry from House Republicans over false claims that he was not involved in his son’s foreign business dealings.

“Everywhere we look there seems to be a massive conflict of interest where the Biden family leverages their patriarch’s name, access and power to benefit private business dealings. All of this must continue to be investigated and exposed – perhaps Biden’s grandson should be the next person to be brought before the Oversight Committee,” Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island) told The Post.

Cliff Sims, a senior White House aide to former President Trump, wondered if “there are foreign interests on the planet — friend or foe — that the Biden family does not represent.”

In November 2022, Naomi Biden married another new lawyer, Peter Neal, in a ceremony at the White House.

The Biden granddaughter lived in the first residence “for several months,” according to a profile by Vogue.

“Naomi Biden’s international arbitration work does not include matters involving the United States government — she is a junior attorney and member of an international arbitration team involving private sector plaintiffs. He does not discuss confidential client work with anyone inside or outside the White House,” an Arnold & Porter spokeswoman told The Post.

The eldest child of Hunter Biden and his first wife Kathleen Buhle, Naomi Biden grew up in Washington DC with the charm, privilege and power that came with her pedigree.

Fresh out of the elite Sidwell Friends School in the nation’s capital in the Summer of 2011 — while his grandfather was vice president — he landed a plum performance as Senate page for Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid then.

When Naomi Biden went to Columbia Law School, Hunter Biden tried to cut her tuition, according to IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler.

When Hunter Biden visited Monaco in 2016 for a board meeting of Burisma, the shady Ukrainian energy company that has Hunter on its payroll, Naomi came along — in part to celebrate her recent graduation from the University of Pennsylvania.

Photos and video from the event show Naomi Biden posing with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky and chatting with her daughter Karina Zlochevsky.

“He is very excited to join us. Maybe we can find him a job now that he’s finished college,” Hunter Biden told Vadym Pozharsky, the company’s chief financial officer, according to an email from his abandoned laptop.

When Naomi Biden was a student at the University of Pennsylvania, professors urged her to get her name out in China.

“Don’t be shy,” Hunter Biden advised her about the idea, according to a message contained on her abandoned laptop

Ziegler and fellow agency whistleblower Gary Shapley said they wanted to interview Naomi Biden, but were barred from doing so by the Justice Department.

“[Delaware Assistant US Attorney] Lesley Wolf told us it would get us in hot water if we interviewed the president’s grandchildren,” Ziegler said in testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee in July.

A representative for the White House did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

A Democratic strategist close to Team Biden insists it doesn’t matter.

“The real facts show how ridiculous this is, but House Republicans have never let the truth get in the way. They are clutching at straws when they should be focusing on making sure the government doesn’t shut down and hurt millions of families.”
