A year after her engagement to the footballer, the Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient is embracing the final phase of her life as a fiance. According to tradition, the athlete participated in a bachelor party with his friends, a natural step before the wedding ceremony.
On February 23, Biles took to her Instagram page, sharing a glimpse of her big moment. In the photo, the Ohio native is kneeling on a bed in her hotel room, covered in gifts from her party. The Olympic gold medalist smiled warmly at the camera, dressed in an all-white ensemble featuring a “Bride and Boujee” print shirt, leggings and shoes.
At the head of the bed is a giant gold balloon with “BRIDE” written on it, while a white sash near the foot of the bed reads “Future Mrs. Owens” written in gold cursive letters. At the center of this decoration are various expensive gifts, including gift bags from Chanel, Versace and Hello Weekend.
Complementing the gold and white theme are matching balloons hanging from the ceiling. Paying homage to the iconic sitcom “Friends,” the artistic gymnast captioned the post, “the one where I’m the bride,” adding confetti poppers, champagne glasses and an engagement ring emoji.
Based on Biles’ Instagram Stories, the party took place overseas when the 25-year-old shared a video of her friends flashing their International passports. The number of documents seen in the clip indicates there are eight people who may have been involved in the bachelor trip.
Additionally, the slideshow captures a full view of the athlete bride’s themed hotel room with gifts, balloons and sheets designed with engagement rings. Under the photo dump, the “Dancing with the Stars” alum revealed that the Chanel bag was courtesy of her “husband-to-be.”
The white and gold designer accessories coincidentally match Biles’ bridal theme, or maybe Owen consciously chose this bag as a sweet surprise for his bride-to-be. As for weekend activities, future Mrs. Owens participates in an alcohol-fueled game called Tipsy Land.
While the Laureus World Sports Award winner didn’t mention where she and her friends visited, the Ohio beauty shared a photo of the location. The image shows a beautiful tropical resort with palm trees, beaches and clear blue seas.
Happy to be a part of the Olympian’s journey down the aisle, fans expressed their support in the comments section. “All the best. Take time to take it all in. God bless,” one fan wrote, while another wrote, “Bride & Boujee [love] it!!!! Have fun.. be safe!!”

Last month, The Blast reported that Biles and Owens updated their jewelry collection with matching rings. The Texas Women’s Hall of Fame inductee shared a clip of the pair’s latest accessory on her Instagram Story.
The brief clip captures the athlete’s perfectly manicured fingers grazing the tops of two boxes from luxury brand Rockford Collection. The NFL star’s jewelry features a black ring base with diamonds encrusted at the top.
Meanwhile, the ESPY Award winner’s ring features a similar design with a silver base. Biles captioned the upload with a heart-eye emoji alongside the words, “this beautiful ring/Jonathan’s workout ring.”
Additionally, she shared a cute photo of the couple’s hands adorned with their luxurious accessories. This marks one of the many cute posts the Glamor star has shared since starting her relationship with the NFL player.
The five-time World floor exercise champion and Houston Texans safety announced their relationship in August 2020. Two years later, the smitten couple got engaged on Valentine’s day and have updated fans on their upcoming nuptials.
