The Israeli military has recovered chilling manuals from dead Hamas terrorists that contain detailed instructions on how to build chemical weapons — as well as plans for where to use them, including dance parties, schools and movie theaters, The Post has learned.
The seven-page manual was found in the memory card of a GoPro camera recovered from the body of the terrorist, who was killed in Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7, the day Hamas launched its attack on Israel, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces said.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog recently said the military had found instructions on a USB key on one of the terrorists in the kibbutz on how to make a cyanide chemical weapon.
But an IDF spokesman insisted on Tuesday that the manual shared with The Post was different and more detailed.
“In the name of God, the most merciful, destined from God and a clear victory to hand over subtle killers to stubborn infidels,” the English translation of the Arabic manual states, according to the IDF.
“One package is easy and cheap to prepare for any amount of cargo desired, whether a box – or more – carried by hand, or a container dropped from an airplane,” the document reads.
It states that dry ingredients should be separated from liquids stored in sealed glass bottles as part of the manufacture of weapons.

“To initiate a response, users can toss or forcefully drop packages holding glass bottles and dry materials to cause the bottles to break,” the instruction said, according to an IDF translation.
“The liquid material will then mix with the dry, producing gas that will be ejected from the package hole with force. A very small stun gun can also be used between the cans to break them, for more control,” he said.
The manual mentions the chemical compound permanganate, a flammable substance that it says should be kept away from the explosives in the improvised device.

“If separation with paper is not possible, the cyanide can be placed under the permanganate, ensuring that the explosive is attached to the bottom of the can in all cases,” he said.
The manual provides detailed instructions on two processing methods — the “traditional” system that requires a 24-hour waiting period and provides a smaller load, and the “modern” one that can be completed in just 30 minutes and produces a larger output.
Among the ingredients mentioned are potassium permanganate, pure acetone, hydrogen peroxide, concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid — with the manual providing a list of step-by-step instructions on how to create the evil weapon.

It also explains that potassium permanganate is used to sterilize vegetables and hydrochloric acid is available from car radiator maintenance shops.
“The summary of the idea is to fill medicinal capsules after emptying them (very carefully) with potassium cyanide, which is used by goldsmiths, coppersmiths and others,” the document said.
The instructions then went on to detail how to add the substance to produce the deadly gas — adding this chilling note: “Peace, grace and God’s blessing.”
The evil list then suggests possible places to release the poison.
The target list includes cinemas, shopping malls, bars and restaurants, schools, hospitals, trains – stating “not their stations because they are monitored by cameras” – and even “prostitution shops.”
The manual also describes “the fastest way to spread gas in a closed space.”
“If a detonator is used, the charge can be prepared, and the detonator can be controlled remotely or a timer can be used. How to detonate the explosives, depends on the composition of the Mujahideen group regarding the details of the operation and the capabilities they have,” he added.

A senior IDF spokesman told The Post that “the findings in this document are deeply disturbing.
“This is just one example that shows the similarities between the terrorist organization Hamas and ISIS,” said the army representative. “The war waged by the IDF against the terrorist organization Hamas is actually a war for the future of humanity.
“The alarming document proves that Hamas intends to act arbitrarily against civilians in order to wreak havoc on as many Jews as possible,” the representative continued.
“It is disturbing to think what would happen if the plans in the document were to be implemented.”
Herzog previously shared with the UK news channel Sky News a series of documents with diagrams that were also found on a terrorist at Kibbutz Be’eri.
The document contained “precise instructions to prepare a device to disperse the cyanide agent,” Israeli government officials later said in a statement.
Sky News stated that it could not independently verify Herzog’s claims but reported that the source of the document was from a 2003 al Qaeda manual.
The IDF representative insisted to The Post that the manual found in the jihadist’s GoPro was far more detailed and chilling.
