While the 27-year-old daughter of actor Alec Baldwin and actress Kim Basinger is getting closer to her due date, she’s also excited to finally open their first restaurant together in Gearhart, Oregon.
Ireland Baldwin Praises ‘Tasty Menu and Local Sources’
Earlier this week, the aspiring screenwriter took to Instagram to share an Instagram carousel full of photos of restaurant interiors, chefs JJ and Doug, and, of course, food!
“I can’t believe I can announce this!! Our restaurant @goodtimes officially opens THIS THURSDAY!” Ireland wrote in the caption. “I couldn’t be more proud of everyone who helped make this happen. André and I are humbled by the process but we are very excited to bring good food, wine and a great community to hang out with to the town of Gearhart.”
“I couldn’t be more proud of chefs JJ and Doug for putting together the most delicious and locally sourced menu,” he continued. “Big shout out to @chausse_selections for curating our incredible natural wine list. Thanks to @lukecarlzyn for taking and learning 12 different jobs at once and being bada**.”
“Thanks of course to the entire team that just started working with us. We have more announcements and updates to come! Can’t wait to see you all there,” he continued. “Reservations are available at Open Table!”

Just last week, Ireland finally released the menu for its new restaurant. “Our restaurant @goodtimes will be opening soon,” he wrote in the caption. “Very proud of all the work that has been done to make this happen. We have overcome many hurdles and had a few obstacles… but we have arrived!”
“I couldn’t be more proud of our chefs Doug and JJ for creating this menu! This is the pinnacle of what we serve,” he added, revealing a menu containing “boards” of either meat, “cheese & the like” or Pacific cured fish.
Other highlights from the menu are gnocchi made with gluten-free pasta, “cookie,” which is made to order and “intentionally gluten-free,” and brown butter black cod, which also has shaved endive truffle caviar. , and “quick” fennel.

“Random question, but is it hard to put together a cohesive menu? As the owner, how involved are you in the process? Like, do you start with a lot of items and narrow it down with your chef? Or do you have a few core items and build around them? It looks great, by the way!” asked a fan.
Ireland responded, “I’d say we’re all pretty involved in giving notes and deciding on a cohesive and inclusive experience but all credit goes to our chefs/partners. We’ll just tell them what’s working and what’s not and we’re all working on the message we want to send.”
“Is the whole menu gf?? Asking for celiac (I’m celiac),” another follower asked. “Mostly! All made in a certified gf kitchen. Our chef is celiac,” replied Ireland, much to the relief of celiac sufferers everywhere. Vegetarians and vegans are also relieved to see many menu items to accommodate them as well.
