Model Ireland Baldwin, the 27-year-old daughter of “30 Rock” actor Alec Baldwin and “Batman” actress Kim Basinger, revealed that her famous mother was embarrassed at the strip club-themed baby shower.

On Tuesday, Ireland appeared on the “High Low with EmRata” podcast and told her followers that while her mom is “pretty open,” the strip club-themed baby shower was a bit over the top for her.
“He saw me and my boyfriend getting a lap dance from eight strippers on stage, and I think he was like, ‘What’s going on now?'” she recalled. He told listeners that his 69-year-old mother was “hiding in the corner” after ordering “a pinot grigio at the bar with ice.”
“He didn’t know what to do with the money,” Ireland explained. “He threw the crumpled dollar bill as fast and as hard as he could … because he was so scared.”

Ireland’s father, Alec Baldwin, was not at the party. So are RAC parents, who Ireland says are “grateful” to miss out on the strip club scene. He also revealed that members of his “Christian family” did not attend the party and were not invited to begin with.
Ireland also revealed some other tidbits about her life, explaining that gaining weight was “hard” for her during her pregnancy. He also revealed that he was “crying hysterically” after he shaved his head last year and encouraged others not to follow in his footsteps.

While some celebrities are reluctant to share the name of their new bundle of joy, Ireland had no problem revealing her baby’s name in a January 2023 interview with “Girl Boss” radio.
“We named him Holland. I’m Irish, so it’s another country name because we want to keep it consistent,” he said of the “classy name,” noting that he’s also “always liked” Emmy award-winning actress Holland Taylor.
“I’ve always loved that name since I was young, I just thought it was a stylish and beautiful name, so we’re going with Holland,” she explained. She also talked about how she didn’t have a lot of stability growing up with two A-list parents and wants to give that to her kids as they mature.
