Irish model Baldwin tried to delete her Instagram account after welcoming her first child with longtime boyfriend RAC.
The 27-year-old Alec Baldwin and actress Kim Basinger took to her Instagram Stories to reveal that she tried – and failed – to delete her Instagram account after taking down numerous post-pregnancy photos.

Early Thursday morning, the aspiring screenwriter shared a message with his 674 thousand Instagram followers, announcing that he was trying to delete his Instagram account. Fans immediately noticed that the photos she posted of her first child – a daughter named Holland – were all gone from her account, as well as pictures of her nursery.
“So… looks like I can’t delete my account lol. Instagram is forcing you to request account deletion and I can’t figure out how to do that,” she wrote in her Instagram Story. “So, do I just post a nude corpse until it eventually deletes itself? Anyway, I think I’ll stay until I think of something clever to do here…”

He followed it up with another screenshot from his phone that made it look like he was paying $14.99 a month for an Instagram Premium subscription. “The LOOPS you have to go through to delete your Instagram account,” he wrote. “OK FINE I’ll stay but this is the food account now.”
Fans may be looking forward to the food, as Ireland and RAC opened a restaurant in Gearhart, Oregon, earlier this year. The restaurant, called Good Times, features a large gluten-free offering, as Ireland revealed in a previous Instagram post showing on the menu that one of the chefs is celiac.

In April, Ireland took to her Instagram Stories to share a scary experience she had after a stranger contacted her on Instagram to express concern about her health.
Ireland, who was pregnant at the time, was at the fair with the RAC and their dog when a woman who claimed to work in labor and delivery at the University of Washington expressed concern about preeclampsia and encouraged her to check her blood pressure.

Ireland rushed home to check her blood pressure and shared a photo of the results with her Instagram followers, assuring them she was fine.
“So, in a panic I ran to check my blood pressure because as someone who struggles with health anxiety, of course I heard random things on Instagram that scared me … and here we are,” she added.

Following the health concern, Ireland told her followers that she “decided to keep the rest of my pregnancy as private as possible with my daughter/life and everything.” She went on to say, “I share good news here and there because I like to connect with people, feel less alone at times, etc… but social media makes me miserable.”
“You can only cram so much scary/judgmental/crazy/low life into a day. I really respect and understand why people don’t share their kids now or their relationships or anything for that matter,” she continued. “Instagram, Tik Tok, everything is a toxic pit of nothingness.”

“Would consider posting on a personal account and refocusing this account into my work/my posts/making people laugh,” he concluded. However, Ireland took to Instagram shortly after her first baby in May to share a photo of her holding her newborn, making sure to hide her face.
Since then, Ireland has shared some hilarious updates about her life, including a photo of her lying in a bathtub holding a can of Sprite. She captioned the photo, “The photo I’m going to show my daughter when she talks again.” The photo has been deleted.

She also deleted an Instagram post where she was candid about her first pregnancy, admitting that she was “really struggling” physically and mentally and opening up about her struggles with anxiety. Although that post has also been deleted, his full comments can be read here.
