His best friend, Malika Haqq, recently hinted that there might be a rekindling between the former couple.
She shared a cryptic message to her Instagram Story and tagged Khloe.

This post comes after rumors of a relationship between Khloe and Tristan were rekindled.

The couple has been dating on-off since 2016, and they welcomed two children together.
Tristan and Khloe welcomed their daughter, True Thompson, in April 2018, and a son, whose name has yet to be revealed, in the summer of 2022.
Khloe and Tristan chose to have their second child via surrogate.

At the time of the embryo transfer, Khloe had no idea that Tristan was preparing to welcome her third child.
Tristan’s 2021 paternity scandal broke just before the holidays.
She got Maralee Nichols pregnant while celebrating her 30th birthday in March 2021.
This isn’t the first time TT cheated on Khloe.

They reconciled several times in the years after True’s birth. They got back together in October 2021 just two months before Nichols gave birth to a baby boy named Theo.
The drama unfolded on “The Kardashians” on Hulu, and Khloe watched it go down with the whole world.
One episode shows only part of what happened during the unfortunate call between Kim and Khloe.
In the episode, Kim is at her home gym getting ready to work out when she comes across an article about Nichols being pregnant with Tristan’s baby.
He engages his sisters, Kylie and Kourtney, in conversation before Khloe wakes up and finds them.
Kim said, “This is his entire declaration. He asked for a paternity test and admitted he had sex with her. Khloe threw him a 30th birthday. So, Khloe comes home from her 30th birthday party… and then she sleeps with this girl.”
The Chief Executive Officer of SKIM sent a Daily Mail article to the NBA player and asked if Khloe knew about it.
At the time, Koko wasn’t answering anyone’s texts or calls, but she ended up calling Kim to get the scoop.
Kourtney added, “it’s an endless betrayal.”
Kylie says, “This has to be the last time” Khloe gives Tristan one more chance to be in a relationship with her.

The episode ended dramatically with the message “To Be Continued”.
Luckily for fans, Khloe was able to fill them in on how she felt after watching the episode.
On June 9, 2022, Koko live-tweeted while watching the episode and admitted it was “uncomfortable.”
He tweeted, “Rewatching this part is uncomfortable but I love and appreciate my family more than I can express. Praise God I have them all my life.”
