Khalil Khan is suing Johnny Knoxville and Dickhouse Entertainment, Inc alleging the “terrible torture the Defendants put Mr. Khan through on October 22, 2022” over the “Jackass” prank.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, Mr. Khan claims he was “fraudulently persuaded” by an employee of Johnny Knoxville and Dickhouse Entertainment to do what he thought was routine repair work via “TaskRabbit” at a house in Long Beach, California.

However, when Khan showed up to work on the California home, the homeowner told him that the last person who came in to do the job had been kicked out, so he “better do it right or he’s going to get beat up.”

Khan claimed the man said “I know jiu-jitsu” maliciously, so Mr Khan began to fear for his safety. However, he didn’t go because he just wanted to get the job done and then get out of there.

Only later did Khan learn that the owner of the house, along with everyone involved in this scenario, were actors.

Khan said the lights in the room went out shortly after he stepped into the house, followed by a young girl, aged between 10-12, running into the room crying.

“You killed my pony!” the girl starts yelling at Khan, who then starts denying he had any part in it, but both the girl and the “owner” insist that he was the one who cut off the electricity, which then shut down the life support machine that kept the horse the little girl’s pony is alive.

Khan is then taken into a bedroom inside the house, where he sees what he believes to be a real pony, attached to what appears to be a life support machine.

As he tries to take everything in and process the events happening around him, Khan then notices someone outside the house who starts towing his car, without his permission.

Khan took out his phone and started to call the police, but he stopped short when one of the “tow truck drivers” got inside and told him that they found cocaine in his car and proceeded to hold what looked like a bag of white powder. Khan was horrified and shocked, and denied knowing anything about it.

“At this point, the Plaintiff (Khan) was in a state of panic. In just a few minutes, he has been threatened with beatings, told he failed a repair job, accused of killing a horse, taking his car without permission, and now told he will be arrested for possession of illegal narcotics.”

That’s when Johnny Knoxville appeared on the scene and told Khan that it was all a joke. According to the lawsuit, Knoxville expected Khan to think the prank was funny, and would immediately get several hundred dollars in cash that Knoxville’s affiliates offered him, however, Khan “was not amused, and remained unamused.” He has been “shocked and traumatized by this episode.”

The lawsuit states that she has suffered anxiety and worry, sleep deprivation, and distress since the incident. “Khan is concerned that if the episode becomes public, it will cause him embarrassment and ridicule, and potentially harm his reputation and business as well,” the suit continued.

Khan is now suing Johnny Knoxville and Dickhouse Entertainment, Inc. for compensatory, special and punitive damages and costs of the lawsuit.
