Jada Pinkett Smith has opened up about her relationship with Will Smith and their status as a couple. In a new interview, she stated that she does not see the actor as her “husband” but as her “life partner.”

In an interview on “The Kris Fade Show” by Virgin Radio Dubai, Jada Pinkett Smith was asked if Will Smith is still “her husband”, and she had a lot to say about the question. The actress revealed she is wary of the word “husband” and will instead refer to Will as her “life partner.”
Elaborating, Jada said, “[The] The reason why I was careful with the husband’s words was because of all my expectations in marriage as a young person, with what should be the idea of a husband. A very idealistic and unrealistic expectation, isn’t it?”
