The actress’ estranged husband wants to know when he will get his money from King. He was ordered by the court to pay Newman $429 a month in child support and $1,000 a month in spousal support. Judgment was handed down in April, however… King didn’t throw money away.
In a document obtained by TMZ, Newman claimed that not only did King refuse to comply with the judgment, but he also refused to disclose information about his income. King apparently took it a step further and purged their community property retirement account of over $500,000.

Well, he sold the house he once shared with Newman and according to him, he put it up for sale and sold it before he knew it and, he made $1.5 million from the sale which is now allegedly frozen and unusable.
Newman is worried about the cash as he appears to have taken money out of his retirement fund to “stay afloat” at the moment. The reason why she feels so entitled to the actor’s money is because she allegedly had to put her career on hold to help him! He’s basically super dad while King brings home the bacon.

He insists that he stays at home to take care of their two children. Finally, the author asks her estranged ex to help and not complicate her fight for spousal support.
Through her attorney, she’s asking for $700k to cover her attorney fees, and proceeds from the sale of their marital home AND just to be a little frivolous, she wants the judge to hit King with an additional $50,000 fine for not following the court order, for starters.
