Respected restaurateur Keith McNally has had a change of heart and has chosen to forgive James Corden for his actions at one of his restaurants.
Taking to Instagram, McNally shared a post in which he addressed the entire situation surrounding the incident and announced that he has lifted the ban he placed on Corden from visiting his restaurant Balthazar.
The actor/comedian known as the host of “The Late Late Show With James Corden” apparently reached out to the iconic restaurant to apologize for his behavior after McNally called him out on social media.

The successful businessman posted a blurry photo of Corden accompanied by a brief caption explaining the latest developments.
The photo features the “Cats” star dressed in a dark green suit and striped shirt paired with a dark blue tie. The comedian looked blank as he stared directly into the camera.
Opening up about the post, the restaurant wrote, “James Corden just called me and apologized profusely. Having played myself more than most, I’m a big believer in second chances.”
Before jokingly adding, “So if James allows me to host his Late Show for 9 months, I will immediately lift his ban from Balthazar. No of course not. But…. anyone who is gracious enough to apologize to a deadbeat layabout like me (and my staff) doesn’t deserve to be banned from anywhere. Especially Balthazar. So back to 5 & Dime, Jimmy Corden, Jimmy Corden. All is forgiven. xx”
His followers continued to praise him for his camaraderie, while others believed Corden was simply apologizing for the media backlash. One wrote, “You are the best! [clap emoji].”
While a less than impressed fan wrote, “Of course, he apologized. He is dragged everywhere online. The only acceptable form of apology is to change behavior.”
McNally Previously Slammed Corden For His Unruly Behavior
Although things have been going well between the couple, it was a bit of a mess when the restaurateur was briefed on how the “Trolls” actor was acting at his restaurant.
As we previously reported, Pastis” restaurant owner posted a photo of the tv host on Instagram along with some strong words that read, “James Corden is a very talented comedian but a little Cretin. And the most abusive customer to my waiter Balthazar since the restaurant opened 25 years ago.”

He went on to add that he’s not one to call out customers, but this instance was a different one, and he had to call out Corden about how he treats his staff.
In an even worse revelation, he claimed that “The Prom” actor had portrayed the nefarious behavior at his former restaurant, Cafe Luxembourg several years ago.
McNally cites two instances when the British actor crossed the line and was mean to his staff. Recalling his manager’s first report of Corden, he wrote, “In June, James Corden was here at table 61. After eating his main course, Corden showed the hair to manager Balthazar G. Who apologized profusely.”
He added, “Corden really hated G and said, ‘Give us a round of this second drink. And also take care of all our drinks so far. This way, I write any bad reviews on yelp or anything like that.’”
As for the second incident, the comedian lost his temper as the server made an honest mistake and delivered in the wrong order, making the media personality react even worse.
Tv host ends contract with ‘The Late Late Show’
Despite all the backlash that the comedian has received lately, don’t forget that he has graced our TV screens for eight years on “The Late Late Show With James Corden” and has provided good content to the public.

According to The Blast, Corden made the shocking announcement during an episode of the show that he will be leaving once his contract expires in 2023.
He began, “It was a very difficult decision to leave because I was very proud of the show. I’m excited to continue [for a year]. I always thought I would do it for five years and then leave.”
The talented comedian renewed his contract just a year after taking over “The Late Late Show” from Craig Ferguson in 2014 and has done a stellar job so far.
