The “DWTS” alum, who embarked on an unforgettable babymoon with her fiancé, was in for a rude awakening when she experienced severe back pain that led to an emergency hospital visit. After that, Kramer decided to share her terrible experience on Instagram, underlining the importance of listening to one’s body and not getting rid of pain, especially during pregnancy.
