Christina Haack Believes Issue With Ant Anstead Is ‘Post-Separation Abuse’

The legal drama between the former couple, co-stars, and parents of three-year-old Hudson — Christina Haack and Ant Anstead — has reached new heights since the latter asked a California court to grant him full custody of their child.

Not only did the mother of three slam him for his accusations in a statement, but she now agrees with a post that “diagnosed” her ex with “post-breakup abuse.”

Christina Haack & Ant Anstead Are Unequal In Custody Battle For Their Child

There seems to be no end in sight for Christina and Anstead, who recently took on their custody case. After filing a declaration claiming that her ex-husband’s accusations that he “exploited” their child are false, the “Christina on the Coast” star revealed what she thinks is the problem.

The reality star reposted a statement from Kaitlyn Jorgensen, whose Instagram bio reads, “Creating stronger strategies in response to Intimate Partner Violence,” to her Instagram Story.

Jorgensen’s original post highlighted headlines talking about Christina’s decision to stop posting Hudson online amid “manipulative tactics” from Anstead. Obfuscating the content of the news, Jorgensen wrote:

“Can we create something here? This is not an “agreement” – an agreement is something you enter into voluntarily. However, when your ex-husband sues you, humiliates you, comes for your career, your new marriage, children, family, friends, etc., the element of your free will is removed from you. It’s like being held hostage.”

She added that mothers who experience “Post-Separation Abuse” are not “free to make a ‘deal’ with their ex-husband/abuser, and I wish the press would pick up on this.”

Jorgensen concluded by stating that Christina and her ex “were not equal in this respect” as Anstead continued to “arm the Court to punish” his ex-wife for “being outside of her, and for being brave enough to leave her.”

Although Christina didn’t add anything to the reposted Story, her feelings on the subject remain clear. According to the legal documents, previously described by The Blast, the 39-year-old claims:

“The allegation that I ‘exploited’ our son is completely offensive and untrue. After looking at what Ant has written in his Supplemental Declaration, it is clear that his motivations are not in Hudson’s best interests.”

After noting how Anstead’s claims did not justify his bond with their son, the real estate investor insisted that he “never exploited our son Hudson.” However, Hudson has made occasional appearances “in some of my Instagram ads,” which take less than five minutes each to film.

Despite this, Christina had access to “all the footage,” which showed Hudson participating in “fun activities that he likes to do, like playing with toys or making cookies.” The blonde bombshell further claimed that Anstead chose to “tarnish” her “good name with knowingly false accusations.”

He revealed that it was only until he refuted the car enthusiast’s claims that he agreed to settle the matter in private.

The Blast reported recently that Christina used the beloved post to remind her nearly 2 million followers of her priorities. The sweet Instagram post features none other than the “Flip or Flop” star’s husband, Joshua Hall.

The couple was seen enjoying some quality time at the campsite with burning logs in front of them and greenery behind them. Josh and Christina didn’t seem bothered by the cold weather as the latter sat on her husband’s lap and moved closer to him.

The couple both wore jean jackets and comfortable underwear. Their feet were protected by boots — brown for Josh and black for his wife. Alongside a log, a love and fire emoji, Christina wrote in the caption:

“Tennessee night. This place is very good for my soul.”

Taking what appeared to be a shot at Anstead, the twice-divorced star explained that when “the world is spinning, and people are, this is my safe space.” He then expresses how much “autumn weather, trees, and animals, quiet nights by the fire” mean to him, concluding:

“Life is short. Spend it with people who cheer you up instead of trying [SIC] to dim it.”

Since she shared the photo with her fans, it has attracted over 60k likes and many words of support in the comments.
