He checked into a motel on Monday, December 12th.

On Tuesday, ‘tWitch’ missed check-out, and that’s when hotel staff went to check on her and found her dead in her hotel room.

Law enforcement responded to a 9-1-1 call early Tuesday morning, shortly before the news broke.

tWitch’s wife of nine years ran in a panic to the LAPD station the day his body was found and informed them that her husband had left home without his car.

In the days following her death, police officials released additional details about her death, including a suicide note in the motel room.
