Jana Kramer posted a black-and-white photo to social media of herself wearing cut-off denim shorts, a black bikini top and an oversized white shirt. “If it was mine to do over again, I’d let you stand there instead. I’d walk away with no regrets…..no regrets,” she wrote in the Instagram caption, which is a lyric from her latest single, “The Best Thing.”

“Nicest Thing” is out now, which was written as a result of Kramer reflecting on some of his past relationships. “[I thought], to save us both headaches, I hope you never say hello. “For years I’ve held onto that belief and one day I’ll talk more about the abuse that followed that one and the pattern that continued, but honestly it’s been a journey and one I’m still trying to figure out. It’s not an abusive relationship. last,” he continued. “One of the hardest rocks I threw in the river when I was on location was the ‘I deserve to be abused’ rock because that’s what I thought for so long.
