Jared Leto is taking his Hollywood status to a whole new level, literally!
On Thursday, the 51-year-old Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman ticked off an item on his bucket list by climbing the Empire State Building to commemorate the launch of his band’s global tour. The climb involved climbing the east side of the building from the 86th to the 104th floor, reaching about 1,300 feet in the air.

Jared fulfilled a long-held dream by climbing the Empire State Building to promote Mars’ upcoming “Seasons” world tour, which will cover North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand between March and September 2024.
Sharing the news herself, the Oscar winner uploaded a clip showing her doing the hike in a red jumpsuit. The video, set to his band’s 2023 song, “Life Is Beautiful,” was shared alongside two images. It highlighted a stop for the tour and an image of him and his brother and bandmate, Shannon Leto, mid-performance on the roof of the landmark building.
Fans should find out which song the duo performed in the fifth slide of the Instagram dump, which is a video. In it, Jared passionately sings the lyrics to “Seasons” while Shannon effortlessly beats an electronic percussion pad.
In the caption, the music star, who is now the first person to legally climb the prestigious landmark, began, “Today we launch SEASONS WORLD TOUR 2024 in celebration of our new album, It’s The End of The World But It’s a Beautiful Day! !”

Responding to her decision to climb the skyscraper, the “My So-Called Life” alum shared that she has had a “fascination with the Empire State Building, the “world’s number one attraction” since I was a child.”
He claims that although he is not sure what initially drew him to the tower, “something about this iconic structure has always captured my imagination. Built in just 13 short months, in one of the world’s largest cities it has always been a powerful symbol to me all possibilities in life.
He touched on his love of hiking, revealing that “It’s one of the few things I’ve found that takes me away from some of the stresses of life and helps me to find some freedom and peace,” which is closely related to him. the band’s latest album, “It’s the End of the World but It’s a Beautiful Day.”
“In many ways,” he wrote, “this album is about following your dreams and pushing yourself to do things that seem impossible. Climbing the Empire State Building definitely falls into that category for me. So does traveling the world with my brother and sharing concerts and this unforgettable experience with you all.”
