Jason Oppenheim is in love and more than happy to show it!
While the 45-year-old has enjoyed a successful career as a real estate broker, lawyer, and reality TV personality, his new love life has been quiet from the screen following his split from Chrishell Stause.
However, that is no longer the case as Oppenheim’s relationship with her new boo, Marie-Lou Nurk, will be featured in the upcoming season of her hit Netflix series, “Selling Sunset.”

When Oppenheim met Nurk on the island of Mykonos this summer, he knew he wanted to spend quality time with her. Therefore, deciding to feature their love life in “Selling the Sunset” was a no-brainer. Speaking to PEOPLE during the Power Broker Awards in Los Angeles on Tuesday, the luxury realtor revealed:
“We have shot a few times and I have no problem shooting again [and] I’m sure we will. he [Nurk] will be coming out here to spend another few months here at the end of the year. So, you know, maybe we’ll shoot.”
Oppenheim stated that they got on “good” and that his relationship with Nurk was “very relaxed”. “So yes, I think it’s to be expected that people will see this connection as well,” he added.
The new couple made people jealous when they stopped in Paris for a romantic getaway. Nurk and Oppenheim couldn’t stop themselves from engaging in a heated display of love while in the city of love.
The Blast notes that Oppenheim supplied fans with vacation details via an Instagram dump posted over the weekend. The update includes shots of the University of California alum and her boo having dinner with friends and a selfie of them rocking matching black turtlenecks.

However, what caught people’s attention was the video of the couple posing topless in an undisclosed building. As the influencer sits on a steel chair and spreads his legs wide, his 25-year-old girlfriend takes her place between his legs. The pair wore matching outfits with just a pair of brown sweatpants and white shoes.
The Oppenheim Group founder put his hands on his girlfriend’s sides to hide her breasts from public view. The clip begins with the two gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes before they close the gap between them as the photographer dodges. The sweet reel is set to the sound of Post Malone’s “Congratulations.”
Real Estate Development Star Red Carpet Debut With Nurk
Oppenheim and Nurk made their relationship red carpet official when they appeared on the premiere of Netflix’s vampire comedy, “Day Shift,” in August. The Blast notes that photos from the event show the former O’Melveny & Myers employee wearing a blue suit that he paired with a T-shirt and sneakers.

Oppenheim couldn’t stop smiling as he hugged his girl, who was wearing a multi-colored ruffled dress. Their appearance at the event was the first time the brokerage service provider envisioned its relationship being shown on “Selling the Sunset.” In his words:
“Well, the new season of OC Sales is coming out in about two weeks, which we watched last week. It’s very good. I finally got the chance to watch it.”
He later hinted at the possibility of Nurk appearing on the hit reality series in a small capacity. Oppenheim also revealed his desire for a pregnant Heather Rae Young to return to the show.
While he was vague about the specifics of the upcoming season, he did reveal that there will be new additions to the cast, including Bre Tiesi — the mother of Nick Cannon’s eighth child.
Oppenheim explained, “So, two new women, Bre and Nicole. Nicole has been one of my best friends for a decade or more, so I couldn’t be happier. He was almost at the origin; now we finally got it.” He admits that even when he first got to know Bre, he had high hopes for her to become a great real estate agent.
