“So I pushed down the side street and cut through the parking lot, and unbeknownst to me, there was a guy with a wire tied in the parking lot but without a flag hanging from it,” he explained. “So, I didn’t see it until it was too late. It just wrapped around me and knocked me off the bike.”
He added, “The bike just keeps going, and you know how it works.”
