In her latest Instagram video, set to Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ song “Unholy (Acraze remix),” Jen shares her morning routine with her 13.5 million Instagram followers. Jen begins the video by making her bed and jumping into her sneakers, along with her leopard print workout gear.

He lists six steps to help his followers get ready in the morning, starting with changing into their pajamas. “Changing your pajamas will help you be productive (especially if you work from home),” writes Jen. The second step is to make your bed. Jen adds, “These simple tasks will help you feel like you’ve accomplished something and motivate you to keep going.”
The third step is to hydrate “as usual” while the fourth step is a reminder that “FOOD IS FUEL. Eating a healthy breakfast is important to give your body the energy it needs to focus and stay on track throughout the day. Make sure you listen to your body! “
The fifth step is to write your to-do list. Jen reminds her followers that “it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by a huge workload – so break it down into manageable chunks and identify the top 3-5 things you want to get done by the end of the day!”
The sixth and final step is to move. Jen reminds her followers that “even 5 minutes of stretching will help get your blood flowing and jumpstart your morning, helping to boost energy and happiness!”
Jen Shares A ‘Healthy’ Orange Smoothie Recipe With Her Followers
In a 33-second Instagram video, the New Yorker shares her recipe for a healthy orange smoothie that can be enjoyed in the morning, afternoon or as a snack! Jen teased, “G🍊🍊D Morning!! Can you peel the love and passion in this healthy Orange #SelterSmoothie?! Try this sweet mixture and you will realize it is a big kind of skin.”
To make a recipe, you just throw a few ingredients into the BlendJet and spin for a cycle. To make a smoothie, all you need is 1 ½ cups of water, 1 cup of ice, 2 oranges, ½ cup of frozen banana, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 piece of ginger, and ½ cup of sliced carrots.
