Fitness influencer Jen Selter is making the most of the rest of the summer months while getting ready for fall.
In her latest social media post, the 29-year-old fitness model shared a video of herself enjoying the sunset with her dog, Gram, and teased her followers with a delicious pumpkin granola recipe that will have them all drooling!

In another Instagram post, the New Yorker sat on a blue-and-white tie-dye blanket watching the sunset next to her pet dog, Gram.
She sat leaning on both hands, her long brown hair falling back, as she showed off her toned figure in a sky blue sports bra and matching thong.
Jen set the video to Makar’s “Mood” and captioned it, “Best company ?,” tagging her dog @gramselter.

Fans showered her cute post with red heart emojis and heart eyes. “Beautiful view,” commented one fan. “Beautiful ???,” another follower wrote. “Love the scenery you are surrounded by Jen, your photos are amazing and beautiful. ???,” the third fan gushed.

Jen Shares Her Delicious Fall Pumpkin Granola Recipe!
In addition to sharing her fun workout videos, Jen also likes to share tons of recipes with her followers. In a recent Instagram recipe video, she tells her followers that she’s getting “pumpkin” and warns them that once they make homemade granola, they’ll never be able to switch to store-bought again!
His stuff is a little longer than he usually posts. This recipe calls for 2 cups old rolled oats, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/3 cup unsweetened maple syrup, ½ cup pumpkin puree, ½ cup unsweetened chocolate chips, ½ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, 2 tsp. coconut sugar, “a little” salt, and some pumpkin spice and dark chocolate chips for topping.

The recipe is actually quite easy to make. After preheating the oven to 325 degrees F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, fans can place coconut oil and unsweetened maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds. When it’s done, they can add the pumpkin puree and stir until combined.

Next, the oats and other ingredients are put in a bowl and stirred together until everything is mixed. The mixture is then spread over the baking sheet in an even layer and baked for 35 to 40 minutes. When it’s done, Jen suggests letting it cool for at least 15 minutes before digging in!
