The 30-year-old fitness model recently revealed that she has stopped taking birth control after fifteen years and invited fans to join her in her “no more pills” adventure.

On Friday, the social media sensation shared a video titled “Me On My ‘No More Pill Adventure.’” The video shows her making her bed and immediately changing into a blue gym suit. She then showed her followers how she prepares her breakfast, which consists of yogurt, fresh fruit and seeds. He ate breakfast while working on his computer before heading to the gym.
In this clip, Jen wears her own brand of resistance bands while showing her followers some different leg exercises they can do. At the end of her video, she stretches out in front of a floor-to-ceiling window that gives her followers a beautiful view of the city below.
In the caption of her Instagram video, set to an instrumental version of Doja Cat’s hit song “Paint The Town Red,” Jen wrote, “2 weeks on birth control after 15 years, and let me tell you, I’m diving deep into that hormonally balanced life. Start the day with a bowl of coconut yogurt full of fruits, nuts and bee pollen.”
“Set my intention and do some exercise. It’s so nice not to have to set that 4pm pill alarm again!” he continued. “I knew it was time to stop when my test came back—my heart said, ‘Enough of this BC stuff.’ I always thought I needed the ‘right time’ to make a change, especially since my schedule is all over the place. But the truth is, there is never a ‘right time.'”
“I was curious about the synchronization of cycles, so I immersed myself in research and study. I always listen to your tips and stories,” he added. “It’s all about giving my body the reset it deserves. I’ve realized that BC is like a cure for my cramps and migraines, and it’s time to heal from the inside out. So here’s to making movements and adapting to what our body actually needs. Stay tuned.”
