In another recent Instagram post, Jen stood barefoot at the edge of the pool, showing off her tanned skin in a shiny blue swimsuit. She had her dark hair flowing over both her shoulders in loose waves. She held the ends of her hair on her fingertips as she rocked her hips back and forth in the video set to Earth, Wind & Fire’s hit song “September”.
“I can’t believe it’s been 12 years of non-stop hustle in the social media industry for me,” Jen wrote in the caption. “Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit ‘blah’ and I find myself in a kind of funk. Maybe it’s the mercury, maybe it’s not—either way, over the past week, I’ve learned to embrace slow change and embrace change.”
“You could say I’ve gone from being a workaholic to prioritizing moments just for myself (for the past few days.) It’s all part of this journey to find out what balance really means to me,” she continued. “I realized that it’s okay to have slower months, days and weeks. It’s a reminder that I don’t have to be stuck in a constant busy cycle like I used to be.”
“And let’s talk about self-awareness for a moment! When I take that step back and slow down, it’s like the fog disappears and the path ahead becomes clearer,” he concluded. “So here’s to embracing the power of slowing down, embracing change and gaining the clarity that comes with it.” It goes without saying that fans not only love her “beautiful” photos but also her motivational messages!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen showed off a sizzling look while showing off the skyline. He posed on the white steps of a rooftop pool, giving fans an even more stunning view of the cityscape.
For this video, Jen stands barefoot by the water, brushing her wavy dark hair back with both hands. She wore reflective sunglasses and an orange one-piece bathing suit.

In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared a workout that featured sunlight pouring in through her floor-to-ceiling windows. He puts on a tan workout set and grabs one of his own resistance bands as he moves his body through a series of exercises designed to work his glutes and lower body.
Her hair is tied back as she focuses on every move while her dog, Gram, just sits on the yoga mat next to her and watches. Jen sets the music in this video to Valentino Khan and Nitti Gritti’s “Your Body”.
