Looks like fitness guru Jen Selter really can do it all! While on the roof, Jen stood in front of a glass panel and did headstands wearing nothing but a thong bikini with a bright red thong that stood out against her sun-kissed skin.
After she finished doing the headstand and showing off her flexibility, Jen started dancing and showing off her dance moves. She waved her arms around and rocked her hips from side to side before she started to really get into it!

In another Instagram post, Jen headed to the gym and shared some workouts that featured her working out with weight plates. He started by doing squats, holding them above his head. He then used it to perform rows before he held it with both hands to squat and press.
She holds it above her head to do curtsy lunges and ends the video with a few more squats before she shows off the definition in her toned physique with a series of poses. “July is upon us, and it’s time to raise the fan level,” Jen wrote in the caption. “Welcome the new month with new goals and a new mindset.”
