Jen gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her toned physique during the sunset in one of her latest Instagram videos. Her white thong was clearly visible under her transparent dress, which was tied behind her neck. Jen let her long hair flow down her back as she posed for the camera, not giving her followers more than a glimpse of the front of her modest dress.
“One of the most important things I’ve learned in life is to ignore what people say. I watched what they did,” Jen wrote above the video. “How are you feeling today?!” she asked in the caption alongside the hashtag “sunset” and the relevant emoji. “I really like this,” said her sister Steph Selter. “There’s something special about sunsets,” wrote another follower while other fans praised her “beautiful” video.

On Valentine’s Day, Jen makes sure to wear the right outfit. She started off in a long-sleeved pink pajama set before she ditched it, revealing a pink underwear set with black polka dots. She did a small jump, and her outfit instantly changed into a two-piece pink dress. Her slippers were also gone, replaced by open white sandals. Jen stepped out onto the balcony for a photo, showing off the back of her two-piece dress.

Fans loved watching Jen’s Stair Master transition, and she set another one to Usher’s hit song “Yeah!” featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris just days after the Super Bowl. “The ladder to success is climbed one step at a time,” reads the text above the video.
Jen begins the clip by walking up the stairs in a bathrobe before the video switches to her wearing a matching bikini set. The video changes again to show her walking in a gym set and matching shoes. As he walks up the stairs, he lifts his back leg to work his glutes.
“How motivated are you today on a scale of 1-10?” he asked in the caption but most fans didn’t answer. Instead, they’re eyeing her choice of clothes and her fit physique! Fans also love the Louis Vuitton design on his custom Stair Master!

Every week, Jen shares a delicious recipe with her followers. This week, she decided to share her recipe for Stuffed Red Peppers with Healthy Avocado Dip, which she describes as “low carb and delicious.” In the video, Jen mixes cottage cheese, Greek Yogurt, fresh lime juice, garlic cloves and avocado before mixing with chopped shallots and diced tomatoes.
