“Just one small positive thought in the morning can change your entire day,” Jen wrote via a video featuring her barefoot in Costa Rica. She wore a black-and-white strapless bikini as she showed off her toned stomach, keeping her long dark hair tied back in a ponytail. The camera zooms in on it and then pans over it, showing the swimming pool and the beautiful landscape of Costa Rica.

Start now and be proud of yourself,” he wrote in the caption. “True, honey,” commented one fan. “That’s right!! Earlier this summer, Jen traveled to Cappadocia and showed off her toned figure next to a rooftop pool in a tiny bikini. While fans love seeing her toned figure, they also can’t get enough of the hot air balloon floating right behind her.

I can’t remember a time on the StairMaster when I didn’t break a sweat,” she wrote in the caption. “What I love most is that I can multitask, catch up on emails and do video editing, all while working up a sweat. What machine is your favorite?!”
