Fitness influencer Jen Selter is starting September off right. She has new goals, a new workout routine and apparently, new clothes.
On Thursday, the social media sensation shared a video with her followers showing herself getting dressed in the morning… and it doesn’t leave much to the imagination.

In her latest Instagram video, the 29-year-old model dresses to the beat of Fetish’s “Come Check This.” In the video, she slowly tugs at her black thong before she adjusts her ponytail, completely shirtless. She slowly slipped into her workout bra before she followed with leggings and smooth black shoes. She then gets into dog position on her yoga mat as her dog, Gram, crawls underneath her.
“Hello September (wtf)!” he wrote in the caption. “New month, new goals, new mindset, new focus, new intentions, LETS GO!! #grwm and let’s make a movement today.” He revealed that he got the black seamless set seen in the video from @aloyoga.

Jen then asked her followers if they had ever heard of a method called SMART goals, which stands for goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound.

“Knowing how to set goals using the SMART framework can help you succeed in setting and achieving goals, no matter how big or small,” writes Jen. “I’m leaving this month.”

“What to do with a BIG watermelon?! I cut half of it and made a few shots of fresh hydration juice, and wow!!! So sweet, I don’t need to add extra ingredients?,” she wrote in the caption. “What’s your favorite #watermelon recipe at the moment?

In another recent Instagram workout video, the New York native is sweating profusely as she performs a resistance band workout routine in a navy blue sports bra with matching leggings. The video, set to David Guetta and Bebe Rexha’s “I’m Good,” features Jen doing various exercises to move her arms and shoulders while keeping her hair pulled back in her signature ponytail.
“One of the greatest moments is realizing that a few weeks ago your body couldn’t do what it was doing,” she captioned the video. “Celebrate your progress no matter how big or small!
