While Jen Shah is behind bars on fraud charges, the reality TV star is gearing up for another potential court battle.
The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star is threatening to sue Bravo’s Andy Cohen and her former co-star Heather Gay after Shah allegedly gave Gay a black eye during the reunion.

In a preview for Bravo’s highly anticipated “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” reunion, Cohen didn’t mince words, asking Gay if Jen Shah was responsible for her black eye. The owner of Beauty Lab + Laser’s affirmative response sets the stage for a potential legal battle.
A representative for Shah revealed that the TV personality is monitoring the situation closely and “will most likely seek legal action” based on the sightings. Shah’s spokesman revealed to Page Six:
“If in the final cut of the three-part ‘RHOSLC’ reunion, Heather makes any direct reference to Jen Shah giving her a black eye, legal action will be taken by the Shah family against Andy Cohen, NBC Universal, Bravo, Shed Media, and Heather for defamation and slander.”

The controversy follows Gay’s revelation in season 4 of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” where she accused Shah of being behind her black eye.
The dramatic revelation came as Heather Gay, along with co-stars Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, and Whitney Rose, confronted new housewife Monica Garcia about her speculation of involvement in Instagram troll account Reality Von Tease.
By analogy, Gay likened Garcia’s suspicious behavior to Shah’s, noting that the housewives had previously faced similar challenges as their ex-actors. In his honest expression, the entrepreneur stated:
“We’re friends, and we’ve been through this—– before with Jen…I went on a book tour and defended her and took s— because she gave me a black eye.”
Despite being jailed, Shah quickly responded to the allegations on social media, vehemently denying any involvement and accusing Bravo of ganging up on him for content.
The 50-year-old’s statement began with a direct jab at the network: “BRAVO, if I punch Heather in the eye, y’all will have the footage to prove it. Obviously the show couldn’t survive without me since I grew up in the beginning, middle and end of season 4.”
The Shah did not stop there; he claimed that Cohen had contacted him for an interview – an action he insisted would not have happened if he had actually been responsible for attacking Gay.
The mother of two’s closing argument dismissed the allegations as mere fabrications fueled by Cohen’s frustration at his refusal to participate in a one-on-one interview.
